Guidelines and training
First, an inventory is conducted and your internal whistleblowing guidelines are developed. In training sessions, one of the joint venture partners instructs internal whistleblowing officers as well as employees.

Whistleblowers and the dialog with the case manager
Whistleblowing messages can be given from all devices. Only those authorized by you can access whistleblower messages. This ensures anonymity for the whistleblower. The case manager then reviews the report and conducts a triage. One of the joint venture partners will independently investigate the received messages and advise you on handling the case.
