Roy Weiss

Roy Weiss has deep knowledge of the full spectrum of eDiscovery, from investigation support and workflow transformation, to on-site system deployment and custom development. He has many eDiscovery related qualifications including the coveted Relativity Master title, and has extensive experience in the hardware, software, and organizational areas of the industry.

Within Swiss FTS Roy leads both the Zurich and Infrastructure teams, requiring very different management styles and skillsets to run both teams effectively. This diversity is reflected in Roy’s responsibilities, which range from managing the training, development, and resource allocation of the team to performing risk assessments on new partners, and designing and overseeing the implementation of new systems.

Roy’s extensive experience of working at the frontier where hardware, software, and people interact makes him ideally suited to client projects that requiring both a deep technical understanding of the domain, and working alongside diverse teams and partners to reach a common goal.

Roy is driven to improve his technical knowledge, which he then leverages to improve the skills of people that he collaborates with, and the efficiency of the work that his teams perform. Roy’s attention to detail and eagerness to drill deep into subjects is complimented by his higher-level understanding of how multiple complex systems of tools, workflows, and teams can efficiently work in harmony.
