Rogier Teo

Rogier Teo is CEO and founder of Swiss FTS, and since starting the company in 2010 he has overseen the growth of the company from a few people working in a single room to a diverse multinational team with offices in Zurich, Lausanne, and Singapore. Rogier has experience of the full stack of the Digital Forensics industry, having started his career as a junior analyst performing technical work at a Big 4 firm, and working all the way up to managing multiple teams and the business as a the Managing Partner at his own company.

Within Swiss FTS Rogier continuously adapts the company and directs the team to remain at the leading edge of changing market trends. Rogier maintains his wide breadth of industry knowledge by being directly involved in all aspects of the business, from expanding the company into new work streams and territories, to installing and configuring a new system or tool.

Rogier is the primary point of contact for clients and partners, where he specializes in understanding their business operations, concerns, and needs. Rogier focuses on meeting the client’s needs, and he will freely involve partners or recommend a different approach if Swiss FTS does not offer the best solution for them.

Rogier’s personal values are reflected in the Swiss FTS core values of transparency, integrity, neutrality, and gratitude. Rogier is a strong believer in leading by example, and fostering the team’s growth by encouraging the sharing and exploration of ideas, and giving team members the freedom and responsibility to test and implement them.
