Keeping Connected During Social Isolation
The longer social distancing continues, the more important it becomes to (virtually) reach out and connect with people. With that in mind, we would like share a more personal side of Swiss FTS during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Right from its initial foundation, our Partners ran Swiss FTS with a contingency plan for every scenario, which in previous years some people might consider as being overly prepared. One of these plans focused around having the infrastructure in place for remote working from day one for both internal staff and our clients, which has proven invaluable over the past few months.
Remote working has helped us to minimize the impact to our clients’ investigations, and to our ability to support both clients and colleagues on internal and external projects. This forward planning has enabled us to be in the very fortunate position of being as active and effective as usual during this pandemic.
Our staff have done an excellent job of keeping team morale high, and maintaining relationships with our colleagues, clients, and peers. From our weekly staff wine tasting video calls and video gaming sessions, to presenting at virtual Nuix conferences, writing blog articles, and reaching out to our contacts, we are proud of everything our staff have done to remain connected during social isolation.
While it would be easy to lift off the gas during this pandemic, we have strived to grow despite the current situation. Our staff have continued to develop their skills by achieving multiple qualifications and taking on new responsibilities, and we are continuing to interview prospective candidates to grow the Swiss FTS family.
We hope that everyone reading this blog post is doing well, and that you are keeping both physically and mentally healthy during this difficult time. If you would like to connect with us, whether for a professional need or just to reconnect, please feel free to give us a call or send us an email.
