Welcome to the Swiss FTS
Justitia 4.0 Survey

Swiss FTS supports law firms and companies in investigating fraud using digital data analysis. This short survey is intended to provide insight into how firms are preparing for Justitia 4.0 – Switzerland’s initiative to digitalize the justice system.

Approximate duration 3–5 minutes.

Data Privacy and Security Notice

Before proceeding with the NPS survey, please note the following important information regarding data privacy and security:

The only Personally Identifiable Information (PII) we collect may include your name, company name and IP address.
This information is collected solely for the purpose of analysing and improving our services through feedback.
The data is processed using Craft CMS, a third-party Content Management System provided by:

Data is stored in Switzerland on a Metanet Server.
All survey data will be retained for a maximum of 360 days.
